slumber was written to automate code backups on my workstation; I find it nice to have a zip made of project directories every 12 hours or so. I tried to make it as unobtrusive as possible, so 95% of the time it just sits in the systray, running your tasks from there. Easy enough!

I downloaded a clip of what appears to be the first single from the new (as yet unnamed) Pearl Jam record. It’s like 15 seconds of the chorus or something, but it definitely sounds interesting. I can’t wait to hear the full album when it comes out in the nearish future.
httppostex was the basis for the basis for the console / experimental shell uploader. When that was rewritten (quite well, in fact, by Joshua Teitelbaum), I left the code alone for a while, but decided to release the HTTP POST stuff as an example. Maybe it’ll save someone the trouble of Googling heh.

I wrote setlistimator back in January (’06) as a little side project and haven’t really done much with it since then; but tonight I thought, what the hell, maybe someone else will find it slightly fun for a minute or two. =)
